纺织学院已有30余年的办学历史,是我校办学历史最久的特色重点二级学院,学院秉承“以就业为导向,以质量为根本”的宗旨,坚持以工为主、工贸艺结合的特色,践行产学研结合服务型教育体系的建设,已培养出一大批纺织、家纺、染整、助剂行业需要的高素质技能型人才。学院师资力量雄厚,现有专职教师50多名,其中教授9名,副高(副教授、高工)以上教师21名,博士4名,硕士32名,双师型教师近50名。学院实验实训设备齐备,拥有近2000万元的实验实训和科研开发仪器设备,包括工厂化的仿真生产流水线及一大批如全自动打样、数码喷印、CAD辅助设计、电脑全自动测色配色等先进仪器,以及较齐全的纺织品检测、化学分析仪器,能满足纺织、印染、化工助剂等产品的开发和检测所需。学院下设纺织系、家纺系、染化系和实验实训中心,并经中国家纺协会唯一授权成立了中国家纺学院,是中国棉纺织行业协会、中国家纺行业协会、浙江省纺织行业协会会员单位,浙江省染整行业协会理事单位,浙江省纺织面料设计协会副会长单位。学院设置“现代纺织技术专业(纺织工艺与贸易方向)、现代纺织技术专业(纺织品设计方向)、纺织品检验与贸易专业、纺织品装饰艺术设计专业(家纺设计方向)、艺术设计专业(家纺设计方向)、染整技术专业、精细化学品生产技术专业(染料助剂方向)”等7个专业,全面覆盖、服务纺织产业链,现拥有省重点专业1个、省高职高专示范建设专业2个、省特色专业3个、市重点专业2个、市重点服务型专业1个,国家级精品课程2门,省级精品课程5门,每年毕业学生500余人。纺织学院下设纺织工程技术研究所、材料与家纺研究所、创新纺织研究中心、染整技术研究所、浙江省印染行业协会染整技师培训中心、教育部轻化类专业教指委染整(浙江)培训基地等,可为企业提供全方位的产品和技术开发、产品分析检测、企业形象设计、营销策划、科技项目申报、员工培训等服务。IntroductionTheSchoolofTextiles,foundedin1970s,isthemosttime-honoredandreputableschoolsinZhejiangTextilesandFashionCollege.Well-knownforitsoccupationoriented,qualitybasedandlearning-practicecombinededucationmode,theSchoolhascultivatedalargequantityof“all-round”application-orientedgraduatesintheareasoftextiletechnology,textiledyeing&finishing,hometextiles,etc.Currently,theSchoolhasafacultyofover50academicandteachingstaffincluding8professors,4doctoraland32masterdegreestaff.Ourlaboratories,valuedover20millionYuan,canofferprofessionalservicetoourstudentsandacademicstafftomeettheneedsofteachingandresearch.Thelaboratoriesareequippedwithstate-of-the-artfacilitiesincludesimulatingsystemofmassproductionprocess,automaticsamplingmachinefordyeing,digitalprintingmachine,computeraideddesign(CAD)system,computeraidedcolormeasurementandmatchingsystem,chemicalanalysisinstruments,aswellasotheradvancedtextiletestinginstruments.TheSchoolhastextiledesigndepartments,dyeing&finishingdepartmentandhometextiledepartment,whichincludes7majorsnamelymoderntextiletechnology(textiletechnologyandbusiness),moderntextiletechnology(textiledesign),textiletesting&business,decorativetextilesdesign(hometextile),artdesign(hometextile),dyeing&finishingtechnology,finechemicaltechnology(dyeingandfinishingadditives)andthenumberofgraduatesreaches500yearly.Mostmajorsare“Zhejiangprovincekeymajors”,“Ningbocitykeymajors”,“demonstrationmajors”and“characteristicmajors”etc.TheSchoolisthememberofChinaCottonTextileAssociation(CCTA),ChinaHomeTextileAssociation(CHTA)andZhejiangTextileAssociationandalsothecouncilmemberofZhejiangDyeingandFinishingIndustryAssociationandthevice-presidentunitofZhejiangFabricDesignAssociation.Besidesprovidinghighqualityeducation,theSchoolalsobuildsstrengthinbasicandappliedresearchtomeettherequirementsofrapidlychangingsociety.Currently,ourresearchandtrainingfacilitiesincludestextileengineer/technologyresearchinstitute,dyeing&finishingresearchinstitute,material/hometextileresearchinstitute,innovativetextilesresearchcenter,dyeing&finishingtechniciantrainingcenterunderZhejiangDyeingandFinishingIndustryAssociation,authorizedtrainingbase(Zhejiang)fordyeingandfinishingtechnology,etc.Inaddition,theSchooloffersawiderangeofprofessionalservicetotheindustriesthroughconsultancyandtrainingincludingproductandprocessdevelopment,textile&appareltestingandevaluation,trouble-shootingforproductdefects,tailor-madetrainingprogrammes,technologicaladvancement,qualitymanagement,technicalinvestigation,fundedprojectapplication,textilebusinessandmarketing,etc.
